Because you are restricted in your food intake to a greater or lesser degree, you should try to eat a balanced and calorie-conscious diet and avoid acidification of the body. You can achieve this by eating predominantly alkaline and neutral foods. In addition to ensuring balanced acid levels in your body, a balanced diet also contributes to your personal well-being!
